MPP Dawn Gallagher Murphy Attends the Royal Canadian Legion’s Annual Drumhead Service

MPP Gallagher Murphy was happy to give her best wishes to everyone joining the Aurora Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion for the annual Drumhead Service where those who served Crown and Country were commemorated and honoured.

It was a solemn occasion for National Legion Week. During this week we acknowledge the important role Legion Branches play in our shared mission to serve and support our Veterans.

Since 1925, the Legion has been providing a valuable service to the community by maintaining the tradition of remembering the contributions and sacrifices our veterans have made to protect our Canadian values.  

We take this opportunity to thank Bonnie Robertson and the Aurora Legion for its service to our community and for all the sacrifices made by our local veterans, as well as those veterans across this province, country, and Commonwealth.
